What we can say
Construction runs on spreadsheets and twenty-year-old software, in tools that don’t talk to each other. The licensing is the small cost. The real one is re-keying, version drift, and decisions made on numbers that were already stale.
We’re replacing that with one platform covering the operation end to end, rebuilt on a modern stack rather than ported, with AI applied where it changes an outcome rather than where it demos well. It’s the largest thing we have in flight, and it runs on Neural Ops. That is how a team our size migrates an entire operating platform while the existing one stays live for real users.
Why the detail stops here
Holding a stake does not make the customer’s business ours to publish. It is their competitive advantage, not ours to spend. We don’t publish a customer’s name, data, roadmap, or numbers without written approval, and on this engagement we don’t have it. So you get an outline and a single design-file screen with placeholder data, and nothing that identifies them. That is exactly the treatment your project would get.
